This website and store are operated by Yizhiyu Technology Limited, doing business as Foxnaro (“Foxnaro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Foxnaro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute these “Terms of Service” or “Terms” and describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and cover matters including orders, payments, shipping, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

However, colors, materials, proportions and product appearance may vary slightly from how they appear on your device due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances and other factors.

We do not warrant that the appearance of any product purchased through the Services will be identical to how it appears on your screen.

All descriptions, specifications and availability of products may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process or authorize the applicable payment.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • pricing, inventory or technical errors;
  • suspected resale or commercial misuse;

  • other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from completing the order.

If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or other contact information provided with the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment processing, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

Purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Products purchased through Foxnaro are intended primarily for personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed and applicable at the time the order is placed, subject to any valid discounts or promotions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices do not include applicable sales taxes, duties, customs charges, shipping charges or other government-imposed fees.

Where we are required by applicable law to collect sales tax or similar taxes, the applicable amount may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Promotional offers, discount codes and free-shipping offers may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • minimum purchase amounts;
  • customer eligibility;
  • geographic restrictions;
  • usage limits;
  • expiration periods; and
  • restrictions on combining multiple promotions.

Discounts may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing and account information.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. payment information provided by you is accurate and complete;
  2. you are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
  3. charges incurred by you will be honored by the applicable payment provider; and
  4. you will pay all amounts properly due in connection with your order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship eligible orders to addresses within the United States.

Estimated standard delivery time is generally 7–12 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, peak-season demand, address issues, logistics disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not currently ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes;
  • APO/FPO addresses; or
  • Amazon fulfillment centers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Foxnaro is not responsible for delays or losses caused by materially incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

If an order appears lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@foxnaro.com and we will assist with the appropriate resolution.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product photographs, videos, audio, designs, page layouts and other content, are owned by or licensed to Yizhiyu Technology Limited, Foxnaro or their applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services solely for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publish, download, store, transmit, scrape, extract or commercially exploit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or ownership rights in any patent, trademark, copyright, design, trade name or other intellectual property owned or licensed by us, Shopify or any other third party.

The name Foxnaro, together with associated logos, designs, product names and slogans, may constitute trademarks or other intellectual property belonging to Yizhiyu Technology Limited or its licensors.

Shopify’s names, logos and other intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.

All other third-party names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided access to tools, applications or services offered by third parties as part of the Services.

We may not monitor or control these third-party tools.

You acknowledge that access to such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or endorsements from us.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion.

You should review and understand the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices before using those tools.

We may introduce additional features, tools or resources in the future. Such features will also form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links, integrations or materials provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for examining, verifying or guaranteeing the accuracy, security or content of third-party websites or services.

If you choose to leave our Services and access a third-party website or service, you do so at your own risk.

We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on third-party websites, products or services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Foxnaro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Yizhiyu Technology Limited, doing business as Foxnaro.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of Foxnaro products and is not responsible for the performance of our obligations to you as merchant, except to the extent Shopify separately assumes responsibility under its own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from products purchased from Foxnaro.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services.

Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers and other service providers located in jurisdictions other than your own where necessary to provide the Services.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

We may restrict or prohibit automated access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customer information, security or system integrity.

Any Agent used to interact with the Services must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Termination does not affect obligations incurred before the date of termination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yizhiyu Technology Limited, Foxnaro, Shopify and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages or reasonable expenses arising from:

  2. your violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or
  3. your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

This section does not apply to the extent that the claim or loss was caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any unenforceable portion will be treated as severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Services.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such consent is permitted to be required by law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
